However, the customer acknowledges that the internet is not a secure medium and that there is always a risk of data breaches. The customer agrees to take necessary steps to protect its own data.
Data Usage
The customer agrees to use the data exchanged on the supplier data exchange portal for legitimate business purposes only and not for any illegal or unauthorized purposes.
Data Sharing
The customer agrees not to share the data exchanged on the supplier data exchange portal with any third party without the prior written consent of the supplier.
Data Retention
The customer agrees to retain the data exchanged on the supplier data exchange portal for at least 7 years and to delete the data after 7 years unless the supplier requests otherwise.
